  • 7+ years experience working in advanced administrative support or legal operations positions; paralegal experience or certification a plus.
  • Legal knowledge or experience in a legal environment (firm or in-house) and demonstrated financial acumen required.  
  • Familiarity with legal pricing, legal billing and outside counsel managementhighly desirable.
  • Expert knowledge and proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook), SharePoint, Serengeti and Visio. 
  • Experience managing or handling commercial contracts and experience with contract management best practices preferred.
  • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationship with all internal contacts and co-workers. 
  • Possess strong problem solving skills and independent judgment. 
  • Have a demonstrated history of excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize many tasks and complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Well-developed ability to read, write and speak English.
  • Ability to conduct complex interpersonal interactions with others, utilize excellent grammar and spelling skills in composing correspondence, operate independently, handle confidential information with discretion and work effectively under pressure. Strong organization skills, self-motivator with high attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time and deadline management skills in fast paced environment, able to prioritize multiple projects and reprioritize quickly and efficiently.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization in a positive, collaborative manner.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills including familiarity with common legal terminology.
  • Motivated by learning new things and taking on a broad scope of accountabilities in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
  • Flexibility in work hours and responsibilities.
