Requirements:
  • A high school education or equivalent
  • One or more years of customer service experience required.
  • Possess knowledge of effective telephone customer service techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English with strong verbal and written skills.  
  • Must be proficient in keyboard use and word processing; ability to multi-task critical. 
  • Representative must be able to maintain a calm demeanor while working with difficult or unhappy customers.
